2 How a payout splits

Reconciles to the professional feeRM1,018.52100.0%

Rounding: RM407.41 + RM458.33 + RM152.78 = RM1,018.52 exactly. Any odd sen is absorbed by the agency residual, never silently folded into a payee line.

Two separate documents are produced: the commission voucher (never above 40%) and the Marketing Bonus voucher. They post to separate account codes — the capped commission to 602-100, the Marketing Bonus to 602-150 — so a regulator can see which line was capped and which was funded by the agency.

Why two documents?

  • Only 40% is called commission. The declared line stays inside the ceiling recognised in practice for negotiators.
  • Everything above it is agency-funded. Level bonus and leader override come out of the agency share, labelled Marketing Bonus.
  • Transaction-based. Every ringgit traces to a real deal — fee, invoice, voucher, unit reference.
  • Audit-ready. The system prints "declared commission vs total paid" every month, so nothing is discovered late.
Internal note (pending legal review). The negotiator’s declared commission stays within the ceiling; the level reward and the leader share are paid by the agency from its own share as a marketing reward on a completed transaction, on separate documents and with a full money trail. Whether a regulator would accept that separation is a question for our lawyers — the control panel lets the agency switch the whole engine to a single-line payout inside the ceiling if the answer is no.
