Module map — what we copy from IQI Atlas
Read off 20 screens of the live Atlas system (15 Sep 2026). Each row says whether we copy it, change it, or leave it — and in which phase it lands.
1 Copy / change / leave
2 Build order
F1 · Foundations (2–3 weeks)
- Agent registry: REN tag no., expiry, PI insurance, level
- Written agency agreement (commission 40% + Marketing Bonus wording)
- Upline tree + titles (referral record kept separate)
F2 · Money engine (3–4 weeks)
- Commission + Marketing Bonus calculator with the 40% hard cap
- Two-voucher output, self-billed e-invoice fields
- Claim pipeline with approval checkpoint
F3 · Documents (3–4 weeks)
- Form chain with shared reference numbers
- E-signature for both parties
- Milestone release tied to documents
F4 · Performance & compliance (2–3 weeks)
- Rank progress, leaderboard, campaigns
- Monthly report: declared commission vs total paid out
- REN tag and insurance reminders
Deliberately left out
Atlas carries modules we do not need at this size: market radar, auctions, valuations, an internal store, and a global agent network. Adding them would slow F1–F2 and add compliance surface. They can be revisited once the agency passes ~40 agents.
