Team tree

The management upline the reward engine walks (who supervises whom — the only chain that pays). Every node is a real negotiator; every ringgit traced here comes from a completed property transaction — never from recruiting someone.

1 The team, as the engine sees it

Referral record — kept, but never paid
    PersonIntroduced byRegistrationOverride rights
Zahiruddin bin Mat Jailaini (Agency Head)Hamdan Hussin (external)no REN/PEARM0 — record only

This is the case that decides whether the whole structure is safe: a founder introduced by an unregistered outsider. The introduction stays on file; the engine pays nothing to it, because Act 242 allows fee sharing only with registered agents.

2 How a completed sale walks the chain

A leader earns from a deal only when the deal completes. If nobody under them sells for a year, they earn nothing from the chain — which is exactly what keeps this an agency, not a recruiting scheme.

    The red line we hold

    • No joining fee. RM0 to become a negotiator.
    • No reward for recruiting. A leader benefits from production, not headcount.
    • Every ringgit traces to a deal. Property address, document ID, completed transaction.
    • Referrer ≠ leader. Whoever introduced an agent is a record, not a payee. Override follows the management upline only.
    • Rank is production-based. Levels move on qualifying sales (the eXP FLQA style), never on the number of people below you.
Malaysia's Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993 draws the line at where the money comes from. Everything in this tree is funded by the agency's own share of completed property transactions.
