- RM 1.50 m closed production — deals completed, stamped and paid, not letters signed
- Deals that count: subsale, rental and project sales all count; the measure is the agency fee, so one big-ticket deal with a small fee does not skip a level
- Nothing else — bringing in new agents never raises a level and never pays a sen. That line is in the rules for a reason

Nothing is marked "in progress" without saying who is holding it up. If the block is on the client or the solicitor, the system says so — it never puts the delay on you.

How to read a hold: a gate checks whether the work has been earned. Once it qualifies, the money is due and the system always shows the reason plus the date it is expected to release. Override is the gap between your level and your leader's level, capped (L5 15%, L6 10%) and paid from the agency's share — never out of the negotiator's commission. You need L5 to receive any override.
6 My own goal (separate from the ladder)

Privacy: your earnings are visible to you, to the Finance role that pays you, and to the Agency Head — never to your peers and never to the agents you lead. What your leader sees about you is group totals and production, not your payslips.
